SPECIAL EXCEPTION AND VARIANCE APPROVED IN MOUNT JOY TOWNSHIP, LANCASTER COUNTY

On Wednesday, October 3, 2018, Salzmann Hughes, PC client Darrel Lehman Dump Truck Services, LLC (“DLDTS”) was successful in its application for a “uses not specifically provided for” special exception and variance from the landscaping and screening requirements of the Mount Joy Township Zoning Ordinance.  DLDTS plans to relocate its hauling services business to a 28-acre unused equine facility in the Township to store its fleet of up to 20 trucks.  DLDTS is a woman-owned, WBE certified small business providing reliable and efficient hauling services with flatbeds and dump trucks.  DLDTS was represented during the application and hearing process by Salzmann Hughes, PC attorney Kurt E. Williams.
