January 16, 2020    Salzmann Hughes, PC client Pyramid Healthcare, Inc.  (“Pyramid”) was successful in its application to the Hellam Township, York County, Board of Supervisors for a rezoning of 4.88 acres zoned Rural Agriculture to the Mixed-Use 1 zone.   The rezoning will enable an 18,600 SF expansion of Pyramid’s existing group home in the township.  Pyramid one of Pennsylvania’s premier behavioral healthcare providers and offers an extensive range of high-quality adult treatment services to its clients who may be suffering from addiction or mental health issues.  Pyramid was represented during the rezoning application process by attorney Kurt E.
