SAMUEL E. WISER AND ZACHARY M. RICE PRESENT AT PSAB 2019 MUNICIPAL LEGAL UPDATE
On August 7th Sam Wiser and Zachary Rice, attorneys at Salzmann Hughes, P.C., presented at the Pennsylvania State Association of Boroughs 2019 Municipal Legal Update. The general session presentation included a review of recent court decisions and legislation that impact municipalities. The interactive presentation was well received by those in attendance. Sam is the Chair of Salzmann Hughes’ Municipal Practice Group and Zach focuses his practice primarily on municipal matters.
