Zachary M. Rice concentrates his practice in the areas of municipal law, zoning and land use, environmental law, and general litigation.
Zach received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Lebanon Valley College in Annville, PA in 2012. He went on to receive his Juris Doctor from the Widener University School of Law in Harrisburg, PA in 2015. While in law school, Zach served as a legal intern with the Pennsylvania House of Representatives Republican Legal Staff. Prior to joining Salzmann Hughes P.C., Zach served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Todd M. Sponseller of the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas.
Zach is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Franklin County Bar Association. Zach currently lives in Chambersburg with his wife, Becca.
