Todd A. King provides a broad array of legal services to various types of clients. Todd focuses on real estate, municipal law, corporate law, estate planning and administration and general litigation. Todd has been serving local municipalities as solicitor for over a decade. Additionally, he is the primary counsel for several local small businesses and handles all matters for those businesses, which includes preparing agreements, employment matters and litigation. Further, Todd has written numerous wills and helped many loved ones settle the affairs of their departed family members.
Todd is a graduate from the Pennsylvania State University – The Dickinson School of Law and Mount Saint Mary’s University. He is a member of the Adams County Bar Association and the Pennsylvania Bar Association. Todd is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, the United States District Court of the Middle District of Pennsylvania and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
