Thomas H. Kutz focuses his practice on corporate law, real estate, commercial litigation, and estate planning. Thomas graduated from Widener University Commonwealth Law School magna cum laude in 2022, having served on Law Review and earning the prestigious ALI-CLE Scholarship and Leadership Award. Thomas graduated magna cum laude from Grove City College in 2016.
Thomas brings an impressive record of community and government experience. Thomas previously served on the Pennsylvania Election Law Advisory Board and has worked in the Pennsylvania Senate Office of General Counsel and the Dauphin County District Attorney’s office while in law school. Thomas has served in various roles in local, state, and federal government, including as a staff member of the U.S. House Ways & Means Committee and as a Lower Allen Township Commissioner. Thomas was elected to the Pennsylvania General Assembly in 2022 and serves the 87th District in Cumberland County. In 2023, Thomas was named to City & State PA’s Forty Under 40 list. Prior to holding elected office, Thomas served in leadership roles on several non-profit boards.
Thomas is a Cumberland County native, an avid golfer, and he and his wife are active members at Vibrant Church in Mechanicsburg. Thomas and his wife Allie reside in Mechanicsburg with their two dogs, Camden and Poppy.
