Steve focuses his practice on corporate law, commercial litigation, estate planning and employment law. Steve graduated from the Penn State Dickinson School of Law in 1995 where he was the articles editor of the Journal of International Law. Prior to that, Steve attended Ursinus College, where he graduated magna cum laude with departmental honors in politics and was a member of Phi Beta Kappa.

Steve is admitted to practice before all courts in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania; the United States District Courts for the Middle and Eastern Districts; and the United States Third Circuit Court of Appeals. Steve has been rated "AV Preeminent" by the Martindale Hubbell Peer Review Rating system, has been previously designated a "Rising Star" by the Pennsylvania Super Lawyers publication, as well as a "Lawyer of Distinction" by Susquehanna Style magazine. He is a member of the American, Pennsylvania and Dauphin County Bar Associations.

Community involvement includes serving as a board member of the East Pennsboro Education Foundation. He is also active in the Mechanicsburg North Rotary Club where he has served as past president, and chairs the District 7390 Rotary Four Way Test Essay Contest. Steve is also active in St. James Presbyterian Church in Mechanicsburg. Other interests include tennis and fantasy football.
