Associate Rachel Hepp  concentrates her practice in Salzmann Hughes Municipal and Labor and Employment Practice Groups.

Rachel graduated summa cum laude from California University of Pennsylvania in 2017 with her BS in Criminology, where she was recognized for having the highest GPA of all graduating students in the criminal justice department. Rachel obtained her Juris Doctor from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 2020. During law school, she interned with the City of Pittsburgh Department of Law, gaining valuable experience in their municipal, labor and employment, and real estate sectors.

Before joining the ranks at Salzmann Hughes, Rachel served as an Associate attorney at a small firm in West Virginia, where she focused on estate planning and administration, tax matters, and business entity affairs. Rachel remains licensed to practice law in West Virginia.

Rachel enjoys crafting, her many pets, and being an avid hockey fan.
