Managing Partner
Kaitlin (Katie) Mosher is the Managing Principal of the firm’s office in Orlando, Florida, where she focuses her practice on real estate, estate planning and administration, municipal law, general business law, and general litigation. Katie is also a licensed title agent in Florida and can handle closings with the firm’s sister company, PA Real Estate and Settlement Services d/b/a Florida Settlement and Title Services.
Prior to joining Salzmann Hughes, Katie focused her practice on civil litigation and has worked with a wide variety of insurers with an emphasis on residential and commercial property insurance claims, as well as general liability and premises liability claims. Katie represented clients throughout Florida’s state and federal courts and handled claims at all stages of litigation.
Katie received her undergraduate degree from the University of South Florida and went on to graduate cum laude from Western Michigan University’s Thomas M. Cooley Law School. Katie is admitted to practice in all Florida state courts and the United States Middle District of Florida. Katie was born and raised in Tampa, Florida, and Katie is passionate about spending her time with friends and family, rescuing animals, including her dog, Cami, and participating in group fitness classes.
