Eileen C. Finucane

Eileen C. Finucane announced her retirement from the practice of law on May 31, 2022. Eileen offered extensive knowledge in the areas of business transactions, estates and trusts, commercial and residential real estate, and general legal matters. Eileen is a graduate of Swarthmore College and Villanova University School of Law. A past president of the Franklin County Bar Association, Eileen is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania and the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania.

Eileen previously served as Solicitor for the Borough of Chambersburg Municipal Authority and Antrim Township Zoning Hearing Board.

Civic Interests

Eileen serves on the board of directors for United Way of Franklin County, and is a member and past President of the Rotary Club of Chambersburg. Eileen has served on the board of directors of Chambersburg Chamber of Commerce and other civic organizations, including Chambersburg Youth Soccer Association, Meals on Wheels, and Women In Need.
