Adam R. Schellhase concentrates his practice in the areas of commercial and residential real estate, corporate law and estate planning and administration. He graduated from the Widener University School of Law and also holds an accounting degree from Shippensburg University.
Adam is a member of the American Bar Association, Pennsylvania Bar Association, and the Franklin County Bar Association. He is also an executive committee member of the Board of the Montessori Academy of Chambersburg.
Adam handles financing, title work, and closings for our commercial, residential and industrial real estate clients. In addition, he is a title agent for Old Republic Title Company as well as Stewart Title.
