Samuel E. Wiser, Jr. Included in LGC Report to the General Assembly 2024

Attorney Samuel E. Wiser, Jr. is honored to be included among his esteemed colleagues in the “Commission Report to the Pennsylvania General Assembly- 2024”, which reflects the efforts of the Local Government Commission during the last five years.  Both Attorney Wiser and Attorney E. Lee Stinnett II have participated in the Local Government Symposium, for which Attorney Wiser is included on page 9, at the Capitol building in Harrisburg.   The Local Government Symposium is an annual event that aims to provide a platform where practitioners, policy makers, and researchers can gather to connect, share research and policy proposals, and spread awareness of local government issues and successes.

As the chair to a municipal practice group which serves over 100 municipal entities, Attorney Wiser shared his experience in a 2023 session titled, “The Past, Present, and Future of Municipal Representation: A Solicitor’s Observations and Forecast”. In 2024, Attorney Stinnett shared his knowledge on stormwater program fees and financing, as well as the benefits of MS4 regional partnerships and collaborations.
