Salzmann Hughes, P.C. Municipal Law Group Chair Sam Wiser and Associate Molly Yingling presented “Case Studies in Code Enforcement” to elected and appointed Township Officials. The presentation was part of the Pennsylvania State Association of Township Supervisors Educational Conference. The interactive discussion included practice tips for effective code enforcement techniques illustrated by real world code enforcement activities.

Salzmann Hughes, P.C. attorneys Isaac Wakefield and Kurt Williams, joined by Law Clerk Tyler Beaston, presented a seminar at the 97th Annual Pennsylvania State Association of Township Supervisors Educational Conference and Trade Show in Hershey, Pennsylvania. The seminar was entitled “Land Use and Zoning Law Update,” and informed attendees on current land use law in Pennsylvania, focusing on recent court decisions and recent statutory changes affecting land development.
