On November 14th Municipal Practice Group Chair Sam Wiser spoke at the Adams County Association of Township Official Annual Convention. Sam combined competition, humor, and educational materials to bring some levity to the event. Salzmann Hughes is appointed Solicitor in 6 of the 21 Townships in Adams County.
