CONDITIONAL USE APPROVED IN SILVER SPRING TOWNSHIP, CUMBERLAND COUNTY
On Wednesday, August 22, 2018, Salzmann Hughes, PC client Shaffer Trucking was successful in its application for conditional use approval from the Silver Spring Township Board of Supervisors for a proposed 19,880 SF building to be leased to Surface Preparation Technologies, LLC (“SPT”). SPT plans to lease the building to design, assemble and maintain its fleet of equipment that installs rumble strips all over the United States. SPT is the nation’s most experienced, reliable rumble strips contractor for shoulder and centerline rumble strips. SPT has cut over 150,000 miles of shoulder rumble strips and centerline rumble strips in every state combating drift-off highway crashes.
