Variance Approved in Upper Allen Township, Cumberland County
On Thursday, July 12, 2018, Salzmann Hughes, PC clients Christopher & Jessica Chuckalovcak were successful in their application for a variance to the Upper Allen Township Zoning Hearing Board to obtain a variance from the rear yard set-back requirement in the Township’s PRD zone. The Chuckalovcak’s were represented during the application and hearing process by Salzmann Hughes, PC attorney Kurt E. Williams.
