Salzmann Hughes, PC Obtains Special Exception for Business Expansion in Greene Township, Franklin County
On Monday, January 29, 2018, Salzmann Hughes, P.C. client David H. Martin Excavating, Inc. (“DHME”) obtained special exception approval from the Greene Township Zoning Hearing Board to expand a nonconforming use. The approval will allow DHME to expand its excavation business by approximately 9.5 acres. DHME was represented during before the Zoning Hearing Board by Salzmann Hughes, P.C. attorney Kurt E. Williams.
