Salzmann Hughes, PC Obtains Conditional Use Approval for new Warehouse in Shippensburg Township, Cumberland County
On Saturday, June 11, 2016, Salzmann Hughes, P.C. client Shippensburg Investors, LP obtained conditional use approval from the Shippensburg Township Board of Supervisors, to operate a warehouse in the township’s industrial zoning district adjacent to Interstate 81. Shippensburg Investors, LP was represented during the conditional use application process by Salzmann Hughes, P.C. attorney Kurt E. Williams.
