E. Lee Stinnett II to be honored as one of Forty Under 40 in Central PA
Harrisburg, PA Nov. 18, 2016 – On Monday, Nov. 21, E. Lee Stinnett II will be honored as one of Central Penn Business Journal’s 2016 Forty Under 40 award recipients for his commitment to business growth, professional excellence and community service at an evening reception and awards program at Hilton Harrisburg from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. This year marks the program’s 22nd anniversary.
Stinnett is a Principal at Salzmann Hughes, P.C., where he concentrates his practice in the areas of environmental law, land use, litigation, and municipal law. He joined the firm after graduating from The Penn State University Dickinson School of Law in 2009.
Stinnett currently serves as Solicitor and Special Counsel to several municipalities and authorities and regularly advises on issues ranging from land use and zoning to procurement. Stinnett regularly counsels both public and private providers of wastewater treatment services regarding regulatory permitting, enforcement matters, and negotiation of intermunicipal agreements. In addition to his municipal and environmental work, Lee provides representation on contract disputes in multimillion-dollar construction projects, land disputes, and employment matters.
Following the event, Stinnett and the other award recipients will be featured in a special publication distributed in the Nov. 25 edition of the Central Penn Business Journal.
