STATEMENT ON COVID-19
March 13, 2020
Because of the uncertainty of when and how the coronavirus (COVID-19) will impact our clients, our communities and families, we felt it was important to connect with you and share what we’re doing to keep you, our staff members and our communities safe and healthy.
Salzmann Hughes, PC continues to monitor developments around COVID-19 and recognizes that some of our clients may be affected by the global pandemic. As always, our primary focus is the safety of our clients, employees and the communities we serve. Internally, our firm is taking necessary steps to ensure the well-being of our clients and employees and prevent any potential legal service disruptions, including providing remote access capabilities and continuity plans for servicing our clients.
- Throughout our four offices, we are making additional efforts to disinfect conference areas, equipment, and workspaces.
- For the protection of our staff and clients, for the time being, we are limiting in-person meetings to only those that are absolutely necessary. Telephone and online meetings may be used during this interim period.
- If the situation warrants, we are prepared to serve our clients remotely and be available to them as we always are.
- Key functions within the firm are also prepared to work remotely if needed to ensure as little disruption as possible to normal operations, allowing us to continue to serve our valued clients.
While it is difficult to fully understand the reach or scope of the impact of COVID-19, the unpredictable nature of this issue does not affect our focus on serving you. The Salzmann Hughes, PC attorneys and staff continue to collaborate with our clients and healthcare professionals to closely monitor these issues. We are using the infrastructure, people, technology, and tools that we have available to assist our clients navigate these uncertain times.
While it’s hard to know how much the virus may impact the economy or disrupt our daily lives, we are here to help you be informed, just in case. If you have specific questions regarding your matter, feel free to contact an attorney with our firm.
We appreciate your continued trust and want to assure you that we are taking all efforts to protect your health and safety and maintain our day-to-day operations, whatever comes.
