Molly Yingling


Molly Yingling received her Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature from Gettysburg College in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania in 2012.  She received her Juris Doctor from Villanova University School of Law in Villanova, Pennsylvania in 2015. She went on to receive an LL.M. in intellectual property and information law in 2016 from the University of Houston Law Center in Houston, Texas. While in law school, Molly was a staff writer for the Jeffrey S. Moorad Sports Law Journal and a student attorney with Villanova Law's Farmworker Legal Aid Clinic. Molly completed externships with the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas Criminal Division and the Philadelphia Volunteer Attorneys for the Arts organization. Prior to joining Salzmann Hughes P.C., Molly served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Jolene Grubb Kopriva and the Honorable Jackie Atherton Bernard, both of the Blair County Court of Common Pleas.

Molly is a member of the American Intellectual Property Law Association and the Copyright Society of the United States and is licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the State of Tennessee.
