Gerald J. Kincel concentrates his practice in the areas of general litigation and municipal law.
Gerald earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Alfred University in Alfred, New York. He went on to receive his Juris Doctor from Widener University Commonwealth Law School. While at Widener, Gerald was a member of the Widener Journal of Law, Economics, and Race and a member of the Widener Trial Advocacy Honor Society. Gerald was also the recipient of a business advising certificate from the Widener University Commonwealth Business Advising Program.
Prior to joining Salzmann Hughes, P.C., Gerald served as a law clerk for the Pennsylvania Higher Education Assistance Agency and as a law clerk for a Harrisburg law firm.
