Nancy H. Meyers practices mainly in the areas of estate planning and administration, although she handles some business, traffic and criminal matters, as well.

Nancy is a graduate of The Scranton Preparatory School (1988) in Scranton, Pennsylvania and Immaculata College (B.A. Accounting, 1992) located in the Main Line Philadelphia area. In 1995, she received her Juris Doctorate from The Villanova University School of Law, where she was a member of the Moot Court Board and was awarded the Theodore L. Reimel Award for Oral Advocacy.

Nancy was admitted to practice in Pennsylvania in 1995 and began her legal career as a law clerk for the Honorable William H. Kaye (deceased). In 1997, she joined the Franklin County Office of the Public Defender as an Assistant Public Defender. In 2001, Nancy became an Assistant District Attorney in Franklin County. While serving as an Assistant District Attorney, Nancy was sworn in as a Special Assistant United States Attorney in 2004. In 2005, she joined Maxwell Law Offices. On April 1, 2006, Nancy became a partner in the firm and the name was changed to Maxwell & Meyers, LLP.

For several years, Nancy taught in the paralegal program of the Pennsylvania State University, Mont Alto campus, focusing on legal writing as well as civil and criminal procedure. She has also been an Adjunct Professor in the Political Science Department of Shippensburg University, teaching Constitutional Law.

Currently, she is the Chair of the Board of Directors of the Chambersburg Hospital. She also serves on the Board of Directors of Summit Health, is is a fomer Director of the Shook Home & Quarters, Chambersburg, and is currently the Treasurer of the Franklin County Bar Association. She is a former member of the Board of Directors of the Franklin County Library System.

Nancy and her husband Shawn live in Chambersburg.
