Joel W. Rimby concentrates his practice in the areas of municipal law, environmental law and land use.
After graduating magna cum laude from Kutztown University with a B.S. in Psychology, Joel received his J.D. from The Dickinson School of Law at Penn State University. While attending Dickinson Law, Joel gained valuable practice experience as part of the Rural Economic Development Clinic and as a judicial intern for the Honorable Martin C. Carlson, federal magistrate judge.
Prior to joining Salzmann Hughes, Joel worked as a law clerk in the Solicitor’s Office in Dauphin County. He is a member of the American Bar Association.
Joel resides in Carlisle with his wife, Alana and their four beautiful children
