David H. Martineau concentrates his practice in the areas of business law, business litigation, land use, employment law, and estate planning / administration. He received his undergraduate degree in International Relations from the University of Delaware in 1993 and his J.D. (cum laude) from Widener University School of Law in 1999.
David is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania and the United States District Court of the Middle District of Pennsylvania. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association as well as the Cumberland County Bar Association. David also served as a Cavalry officer with the Pennsylvania Army National Guard from 1993 to 2005.
