Kurt Williams Obtains Special Exception and Variances for new Hardee’s

On Wednesday, June 10, 2015, Salzmann Hughes, P.C. client Restaurant Management Corporation (‘RMC”) obtained approval of a special exception and four (4)  variances from the Middlesex Township Zoning Hearing Board (Cumberland County), to operate a Hardee’s restaurant with a drive-thru window in the township.   The new Hardee’s will be located at the corner of Army Heritage Drive and West Trindle Road in Middlesex Township.  RMC was represented during the special exception and variance approval process by Salzmann Hughes, P.C. attorney Kurt E. Williams.
